Kreative Sitters brings the party to any space! We provide a safe, fun, and fully engaging childcare experience for children ages 2–12, so parents can relax and enjoy weddings, receptions, birthday parties, corporate events, and special celebrations without worry.
Our professional sitters create an exciting, age-appropriate environment that keeps children happily entertained from start to finish. From creative crafts and interactive games to music, dancing, and imaginative play, every detail is thoughtfully planned to ensure the kids are having an unforgettable time.
Planning a late-night celebration? No problem—we’re ready to party into the night! We gladly offer late-night care options, and we often wrap up the evening with a cozy movie night featuring an age-appropriate favorite, giving children the perfect wind-down after a full day of fun.

Seminars/Workshops/Conferences
Kreative Sitters is here to make planning your next seminar, workshop, staff training, or conference easier and more family-friendly than ever. When children are cared for by trusted professionals in a fun, structured environment, parents and employees can stay fully focused, engaged, and productive—without distraction or worry.
We create a dynamic, age-appropriate experience for every child, complete with a thoughtfully planned activity schedule filled with creative play, hands-on crafts, interactive games, quiet time, and exciting group activities. While adults collaborate, learn, and lead, children are enjoying their own unforgettable experience right down the hall.

We will come to the hotel/family location (hotel, airbnb, etc) and create a small version of a Kreative Sitters party. There will be plenty of activities like Barbies and Babies, Matchbox Madness, Arts & Crafts and plenty more.

About Our Team
Meet the Owner – Kymberley Johnson
Kymberley is the heart and vision behind Kreative Sitters. Born in West Virginia and later raising her two sons in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, Kymberley has always been rooted in family, service, and community. Her journey into early childhood education began through years of volunteering with Cincinnati Youth Collaborative, where her passion for working with children and supporting families truly took shape.
She went on to earn her Associate Degree in Early Childhood Education from Central Piedmont Community College in North Carolina, along with professional Certificates in Administration, Twos, and Supervision. Kymberley spent many years as a Director & Lead Preschool Teacher, gaining hands-on experience in child development, classroom leadership, and nurturing young minds—before taking a bold leap into business ownership.
The idea for Kreative Sitters was born naturally. While teaching three-year-olds, several parents asked Kymberley to care for their children during their weddings. What started as a few small requests quickly revealed a major need—safe, engaging childcare during important life moments. Six years ago, she hosted her first official kid-free event for Harvest Center, and after seeing the impact, Kreative Sitters became a trusted nonprofit partner—a partnership that has now grown for over five years.
Today, Kreative Sitters proudly partners with multiple nonprofit organizations whose missions align with Kymberley’s passion for children, families, and community empowerment. What began as a small service has now expanded across North and South Carolina and Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, offering:

About Our Sitters
At Kreative Sitters, your children are cared for by more than just sitters—they’re supported by a highly trained team of compassionate childcare professionals who take their role seriously.
Every sitter is thoroughly interviewed, professionally screened, reference-checked, and required to pass a criminal background check before joining our team. Safety, trust, and excellence are the foundation of everything we do.
Our sitters bring strong educational backgrounds and real-world experience. Most hold an Associate Degree or professional credentials in Early Childhood Education, while many others have Bachelor’s Degrees or higher in education and child development-related fields. adding an extra layer of expertise in child safety.
All Kreative Sitters are CPR and First Aid Certified, and several have SID training, ensuring they are prepared to respond quickly and confidently in any situation. In addition, our team participates in ongoing team meetings and continuing development, keeping our sitters aligned with current safety standards, childcare best practices, and company expectations.

Our Sitters
What We Are Doing to Keep Your Child Safe
At Kreative Sitters, your child’s safety is our highest priority—no exceptions. We take every possible step to ensure a secure, protected, and well-monitored environment at all times.
Upon arrival, each child and parent is issued a matching identification (ID) badge. As an added layer of security, we also take a photo of both the parent and child, which is securely used to match the ID badges and serve as a backup form of verification.
No individual is permitted to remove a child from the childcare area without proper authorization. Only the person with the matching ID badge and verified photo may pick up that child—no substitutes, no exceptions.
Our professional sitters are always present, attentive, and trained to follow strict safety and supervision procedures throughout the event. This secure check-in and check-out process allows parents to relax and enjoy their time, knowing their child is protected every step of the way.
